We will ensure that your apartment is in pristine condition, that all appliances are working properly and we will install your nest thermostat and deliver your Valet Living waste can.
You do not have to be present unless you wish to be. Currently due to Covid, we request that if you do wish to be present that you remain in a different room.
We have maintenance on-site Monday through Friday and available for emergencies 24/7.
You can submit a service ticket online, via email or over the phone by calling our office. If you have any type of emergency request, such as no AC in above 80 degree weather or a water leak, we request that you call to be routed to on-call maintenance to have the issue addressed immediately.
During office hours you can check out a key from the office. After hours, we do not provide lock out service. Please be sure to always have your key fob, as it is needed to get anywhere within our community.
Parking is available for $30 per vehicle inside of our parking deck on a first come first served basis. Guest parking is also available on a pay per hour/day basis in the lower levels of the parking deck
We have a beautiful pool and courtyard with gas grills, an amazing 24/7 CrossFit gym with a real squat rack and free weights that go up to 75 pounds, business center with conference room, tons of co-working space and rentable office spaces, clubroom with foosball, shuffleboard and a pool table as well as our sky lounge with tons of seating and ping pong table. Not to mention being so close to Atlanta Dairies and The Beltline.
Our pool is open from 7am to 8pm
Side by side refrigerator with in-door filtered water & ice maker, gas range and oven, microwave and dishwasher all come standard in our homes.
We do not offer fully furnished apartments but we are happy to connect you with furniture companies that can fulfill your needs.
Pre-approvals come back within minutes. It typically takes one to two days for the final approval.
Rent can easily be paid online through our resident portal, we also accept checks and money orders for rent.
We require liability insurance of $100,000 and we recommend that you also get renter's insurance. We recommend ePremium which is the easiest way to get the coverage needed.
At Alta East the choice is yours! You can chose between Google Fiber, AT&T and Comcast for your cable and internet.
We do offer a termination option within our lease. You would be required to give a 60-day notice and pay termination fees.
You will receive an email from Updater as a one stop shop to set up your utilities at move-in. You only need to set up power with Georgia Power and your cable and/or internet with whichever provider you chose.
There is a Marta bus stop not even a block up the road from us on Memorial Drive. We are also a block away from the Beltline.

From I-75 South, take exit 248C: SR-10 / Freedom Parkway / Carter Center then turn right on Boulevard NE, in half a mile stay left to remain on Boulevard SE. In .4 miles turn left on Memorial Drive SE and then right on Pearl. Turn left on the private drive and our leasing office is located beside the parking deck on your right hand side.
